Buying a new vehicle is stressful, and Justin and the White River Toyota team made it less so. Justin was helpful and calm- there was NO pressure or expectations for purchasing. Dave was great to work with, was very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests. Seamless process as I went for a test drive, Dave answered all my questions, and not on went above and beyond with any questions or special requests. Seamless process as I went for a test drive, Dave answered all my questions, and not once did I feel pressured to take the vehicle in stock. Even with the car shortage he was willing to put in the time and effort to find me exactly the color combination I wanted. Great to be back in a brand-new Toyota and to have another wonderful experience working with White River Toyota and especially David Bennett. Koal was very helpful with my search for an upgrade to my Tacoma. He was patient with me as I didn't have a lot of must haves for the new vehicle other than more space.
