Bill Severance was promoted to Sales Manager from a Sales and Leasing Consultant in June 2016. Bill Severance joined White River Toyota in May of 2013. When he is not in the showroom, he enjoys spending time with his wife Ana Paula and three boys Dylan, Nathan and, Ethan. Bill spent seventeen years in the restaurant and hospitality industry before joining the team. He attributes his ability to go above and beyond the call of duty for each his clients to spending so much time in a business that is so heavily effected by the customer experience. Josh was very easy to deal with. I told him I was doing my research. He was patient and actually got to know me a bit before diving into car stuff. When the numbers game began he wil I told him I was doing my research. He was patient and actually got to know me a bit before diving into car stuff. When the numbers game began he willingly went to bat for me. I left without commiting to a vehicle. I never felt any pressure to make a decision. I did return and purchased a vehicle. The staff at White River Toyota made us feel welcome and they were able to answer all our questions. We had a great experience all around. Our Sales & Leasing Consultant was Dipak Niroula. He showed a gr they were able to answer all our questions. We had a great experience all around. Our Sales & Leasing Consultant was Dipak Niroula. He showed a great deal of knowledge, friendliness, and that he cared about us buying a car that fit what we wanted. His no pressure sales approach was welcome since we only shop at dealerships with that approach. We are adding White River Toyota to our very small list of dealerships for purchasing future cars.
