This was the most fun I have ever had buying a vehicle! It was also the easiest transaction that I have ever had buying a vehicle. We received a playful follow up poem after a test drive and I opted to answer by a Seuss style poem generated by ChatGPT. I laughed so hard sending it and expected that to be the end of poetry but instead Justin went all in! Our ENTIRE negotiation was done in Seuss style poetry and it was such fun! I am absolutely thrilled that buying a car turned into such a fun and crazy life experience. Everyone should reach out to Justin if they want to purchase a new vehicle. He was kind and just went the extra mile to make the whole experience personal. I don't typically expect buying a car to be a good experience and we ended up with it being a great experience! It was actually so much more than even a great experience. It was hilarious and I suggest that everyone try buying a car through poetry. I love that we have a new car that comes with such a great story, it makes the vehicle even more wonderful. We were so happy with White River Toyota but absolutely thrilled with the service from Justin and the lady helping him with the poems. It is really nice to see such a support system and teamwork in play! Great company, great service, great people and the most wonderful overall experience! I am still laughing!!!!! More

Justin is a professional with extremely high customer service standards. He takes whatever time is needed to provide a non-pressured environment. We live two hours away from White River Toyota but call it home for service and now for buying a vehicle. Justin came in on his day off to help us take delivery of our new 2024 4Runner.
