Well I was told by salesman to bring my truck in for issues and I did the service department would not even look at it said only had two mechanics on duty , I drove 45 miles you would think they could a issues and I did the service department would not even look at it said only had two mechanics on duty , I drove 45 miles you would think they could at least had a mechanic take a quick evaluation now I have to make another trip and screw up another day More

Smart move sending out a mobile unit to do a 5 minute repair relating to a recall. The dealership did not have to tie up a bay for a small repair and saved me a trip.
