Dealt with them when Shenandoah Ford. People and management have changed a lot but service is usually always good. Experiences are usually as expected. Did a good job except they could of run my truck through the complimentary car wash. I had oil changed ties rotated and replaced a broken fuel water separator drink plug it was all done in a timely manner. the complimentary car wash. Excellent staff from salesman thru finance personnel. Jared Pence is an excellent salesman, friendly and knowledgeable. Manager came over and talked which was nice. My Service Everything went as I expected. I had the car inspected and normal 5,000 mile service. It passed inspection, but I was advised the brakes need cleaning Everything went as I expected.
