I showed up one day around 3:40 pm as I checked and saw the service department closed at 7 pm and was really surprised when I was told that a simple 30-40 minute job couldn’t get done as they were “booked the service department closed at 7 pm and was really surprised when I was told that a simple 30-40 minute job couldn’t get done as they were “booked up” eventually I got the oil change but at running risk of problems arising in the car. I think I’m going to just bite the bullet and do it myself from here on out. More

I have been taking my vehicles to Front Royal Ford for years. I can expect quality service at a reasonable price. I don't even own a Ford anymore but continue having my vehicles serviced there.
