I showed up one day around 3:40 pm as I checked and saw the service department closed at 7 pm and was really surprised when I was told that a simple 30-40 minute job couldn’t get done as they were “booked the service department closed at 7 pm and was really surprised when I was told that a simple 30-40 minute job couldn’t get done as they were “booked up” eventually I got the oil change but at running risk of problems arising in the car. I think I’m going to just bite the bullet and do it myself from here on out. More

Employees did not wear mask and did not wipe Vehicle down. There was no social distancing. Employees where friendly and helpful. I have been taking my vehicles to Front Royal Ford for years. I can expect quality service at a reasonable price. I don't even own a Ford anymore but continue having my vehicles serviced there. Quick, clean, and absolutely no headache. Jared was great. Helped with every step of the process. Of course the car I wanted to purchase needed some parts that had been ordered. Jared was quick to supp great. Helped with every step of the process. Of course the car I wanted to purchase needed some parts that had been ordered.
