Hi, I'm Will! I work in the Business Development Center and love the ability to interact with people. Originally from Halifax, I began my career in the car industry detailing cars. I now assist in making positive connections with our clients, whether it be online or in person. A little bit about me: I went to school for Culinary Arts, and though I am no longer managing in the restaurant business, I still enjoy cooking at home every chance that I get. Tony worked really hard from the outset to get me in a new pickup truck. Lots of information, no high pressure sales and kept to the agreed to purchase price. This is my first Toyota purchase from this dealership which came recommended by a family friend and the service I must say was excellent. Bandula Dissanayake was the product advisor who assisted me in which came recommended by a family friend and the service I must say was excellent. Bandula Dissanayake was the product advisor who assisted me in getting this car despite being told that there would be a 10 month wait. I was going with a used car but was able to switch to a new car which became available. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in answering all my questions and there were many. I felt I was treated the way he would treat his mother. He corresponded with the Insurance person by text/fax/phone to get the information so that the car could be delivered the same day. I would recommend this dealership to others. Will was also very helpful in showing all the features of the car. More

I went to Whitby Toyota to purchase the first new vehicle I have ever bought wanting something similar to the 2005 Toyota Matrix I had to finally part with. Arda showed me the Corolla Cross and I was smitte I have ever bought wanting something similar to the 2005 Toyota Matrix I had to finally part with. Arda showed me the Corolla Cross and I was smitten. Arda and Chris did all the paperwork and follow up and in just 6 months I received my Corolla Cross. Big thanks also to Will who explained all the technology to me in words I could understand! They lack communication skills in the sales department. The Service group was good. The sales department seem to be box checkers. Bandula was our product advisor and I found him too quick to talk over u The Service group was good. The sales department seem to be box checkers. Bandula was our product advisor and I found him too quick to talk over us and not listen to what we asked for. Keith Kelly was pushy and even after declining the extra warranty stuff we were asked repeatedly and told that he knew his product was a good idea, he only needed permission to put it on. When I told him that I was happy with my insurance he said "you may want to check that" I did. I tried to get communication to set up a running board install and was pretty much dismissed until I asked what it was going to take to cancel the order. Then, 2 minutes later got a response. Amanda in Service was excellent. She helped get our running boards installed timely and professionally. I won't be going back to this dealer for anything but possibly service. Second new vehicle I bought from there, next one will be another Toyota dealer. More
