Trouble with the website I used the online chat took because the website was not responding properly when I tried to do an online booking. Total clown - should be retrained or better fired. This man is a "Customer Communication Specialist" - who is rude and then accuses the customer (in a chat session) of being rude. As someone who was looking to lease/finance a brand new car from toyota. This type of behaviour is very low class, this type of person should be re-educated on how to make a sale, and assaulting the client in ANY way will not amount to anything. I kept the chat transcript, which I may upload to google reviews if this clown does not formally send me an email apologizing. How dare you! More

I asked to book a test drive online and Will called me within 10 minutes to ask when a convenient time for me would be for me either that day or the following day. I wasn't available either, so he booked within 10 minutes to ask when a convenient time for me would be for me either that day or the following day. I wasn't available either, so he booked it for the following Saturday, and even called to confirm the day before AND the morning of the appointment to make sure if I was still going to make the appointment or if I wanted to reschedule. I ended up not purchasing a Toyota as I couldn't quite get the pricing I wanted, but Will and my salesperson were very friendly, Will even going so far as to come down from his office to greet me and ask if I wanted anything to drink. Overall happy with my experience! More
