Great service, courteous, and prompt. Like the communication tools via email, text, or phone. You can get updates on your car being serviced. Overall very satisfied. We have been customers at Toyota for about 20 yrs.We have always been treated with respect and with good courtesy. We have two very minor complaint We have been customers at Toyota for about 20 yrs.We have always been treated with respect and with good courtesy. We have two very minor complaints:At one time a dollar was taken from the car console.We did not mention it due to the unimportance.On our last service on22April2020,we discovered that a styluss was missing.I hope I spelled the item correct.It is a pen/pencil like item to change the radio selections without having to leave fingerprints.We do not recall the cost of the item.The dollar and cost of the item is irelevant.What items will be missing next time?We are sure it is the oversight of a single employee.Thoughts of that employee shoud be:How does his actions reflect on the Dealership and other personell.Thyank You,Pedro and Antonia Duran More

Elk Grove Toyota has such a good service department. From the person who greets you in line, to the one who writes up your order, to the mechanics, to the the parts department, to the cashier service is thei the person who greets you in line, to the one who writes up your order, to the mechanics, to the the parts department, to the cashier service is their first priority. They service ad/or repair my car with accuracy and efficiency every time I use their facility. The staff is very courteous courteous, and the waiting areas are super comfortable. What more can I say? Took my Prius for an oil change, went to pay and learned they changed my engine and cabin air filters without my permission. I didn't approve and didn't want. They then said they would put back my old filte they changed my engine and cabin air filters without my permission. I didn't approve and didn't want. They then said they would put back my old filters which supposedly they did, but I do not know for sure. Now I do not know if those were mine or someone else's. I'll not use them for a long time if ever More

Victor was awesome. Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Made me feel like my car and I were going to be well taken care of. I usually am nervous with auto service places because they can't wait welcoming. Made me feel like my car and I were going to be well taken care of. I usually am nervous with auto service places because they can't wait to rip you off or give you a laundry list of things needed to be done to the car and spend $, but this was not the case at all. After my 30,000 mile service Victor left me a detailed message that everything went well and there were no concerns to report. When I picked up my car he had left for the day, but John happily stepped in and gave me the same great service. He answered all questions and concerns I had and I really appreciated the service these two gents gave me. My first experience makes me want to give Elk Grove Toyota all of my future business. I hope the service will always be this way. Thanks guys! More
