If you're in the market for a new or used car, GO TO WILSONVILLE TOYOTA! I have had not so great experiences with car dealerships in the past and I believed that was just the reality of buying a car. Wi WILSONVILLE TOYOTA! I have had not so great experiences with car dealerships in the past and I believed that was just the reality of buying a car. Wilsonville Toyota and the employees I worked with made me feel welcome and at ease the moment I walked in the door. They explained their process and how they have a one price, one sales rep approach. No moving from a couple different sales reps, to a finance rep, to a closer. One sales person, and one price, super simple. At one point I was praising their business model and how they were challenging the stereotype of car dealerships, and my sales rep Christy said something along the lines of, "Well, you'll eventually be back in the market to buy a car, and we hope that you'll come back here." That's when it clicked, when you do good business, you have repeat customers. I will most definitely be returning to Wilsonville Toyota when that day arrives. I would give 10 stars if I could! More

Wilsonville Toyota isn't as awesome as they may come across. They will sell you a vehicle with numerous issues. And then when confronted with the issues regarding the vehicle they portray as if they a across. They will sell you a vehicle with numerous issues. And then when confronted with the issues regarding the vehicle they portray as if they are doing everything in order to work out the issues. The worst part is that they will paint this picture as if they are so great and they don't have to help and they are the only dealership that would even entertain vehicle issue after selling. And they will up talk themselves and their business as if you won't be bale to find anththing better! That's some narcissistic personalities if I have ever dealt with it. To add, the lack of communication amongst every lacks when there is an issue. The overseeing manager (Boyce) never gets back to you. Josh the sales manager was a complete waste of time and feeding you a bunch of salesman crap that I the end when had the information checked with another dealership confirmed that all of what he said was a lie! All the way down to Vaugh Allen, the absolute worst salesman to work with. He did not communicate. He evidently showed that he didn't care. That was also seen by another buyer that was working with him as well. If you can avoid Toyota Wilsonville I'd suggest you to do so. If you need proof of conversationa and or transcript messages. Please reach out. I don't want any other buyer or buyers to experience these folks. Good luck! More

I’m happy with the car, but the lack of accurate communication from Anthony was a big issue and caused us to make multiple trips to the dealership that were unnecessary. The time spent at the dealer communication from Anthony was a big issue and caused us to make multiple trips to the dealership that were unnecessary. The time spent at the dealership was excessive and not what we expected from the communication. We were told “ just come on in and put down your deposit and we will hold your car” No, you have to go in and do all the paperwork as if you’re purchasing the car that day, which took way longer than it should have. Additionally just the time it was taking to print documents was insane. Then to have those document be inaccurate anyway. Now finally coming in to purchase the car ( 1st one was crashed on the way to the dealership) we are told we can’t pay our down payment with credit card or debit card so we had to come back again to bring a check , who keeps their check book on them anymore, again lack of communication. We have not needed to purchase a car in many years and hope we don’t need to again anytime soon. BTY Vaughn was great Update: Vaughn Allen and Josh the GM at wilsonville Toyota are awesome. Turns out Anthony Campos caused even more issues than we realized when review was written, but Josh and Vaughn fixed everything for us. My experience at Wilsonville Toyota was exceptional! It’s teamwork at its finest!!!!!!! AJ picked did a great job locating a car that would work best for me and my needs. Without seeing the vehicle beforehand, the car buying experience was good and quick. Quick and easy part I enjoyed. However, I'd recommend seeing the vehicle and test driving it and looking into what's experience was good and quick. Quick and easy part I enjoyed. However, I'd recommend seeing the vehicle and test driving it and looking into what's under the hood and the cosmetic damage done to the vehicle. The vehicle I got had some problems which the dealership is fixing the car due to it just being purchased in a short period of time. But the cosmetic damage to the flooring and outside of the car matters too. That I'm unsure if they'll fix but I made it apparent that it bugs me and the person I communicated it to after I saw everything in the day time kind of brushed it off as if it wasn't a big deal. Now of all of those were present in the photos that was online I probably would have chosen a different vehicle. The appearance of the vehicle matters and after making a huge purchase like that I don't think that I should have to come out of pocket for those expenses. I still stand by that. However, again, my sales person was quick easy and pleasant! More
