Great experience. Saw a vehicle on-line and was able to schedule a quick stop to see it over a lunch break, no plan to buy it yet. I went in with some numbers in mind, and left with a car that im very happy with that fit within those numbers! The salesperson I worked with was very helpful, but as expected I did have to reiterate my lim that im very happy with that fit within those numbers! I’m happy with the car, but the lack of accurate communication from Anthony was a big issue and caused us to make multiple trips to the dealership that were unnecessary. The time spent at the dealer communication from Anthony was a big issue and caused us to make multiple trips to the dealership that were unnecessary. The time spent at the dealership was excessive and not what we expected from the communication. We were told “ just come on in and put down your deposit and we will hold your car” No, you have to go in and do all the paperwork as if you’re purchasing the car that day, which took way longer than it should have. Additionally just the time it was taking to print documents was insane. Then to have those document be inaccurate anyway. Now finally coming in to purchase the car ( 1st one was crashed on the way to the dealership) we are told we can’t pay our down payment with credit card or debit card so we had to come back again to bring a check , who keeps their check book on them anymore, again lack of communication. We have not needed to purchase a car in many years and hope we don’t need to again anytime soon. BTY Vaughn was great Update: Vaughn Allen and Josh the GM at wilsonville Toyota are awesome. Turns out Anthony Campos caused even more issues than we realized when review was written, but Josh and Vaughn fixed everything for us. I would purchase from Wilsonville Toyota again but I would suggest every steer clear of Anthony Campos: More
