All three are extremely professional, polite, courteous and knowledgable. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase anything we didn't want. Our product advisor, Tyler, answered all our question regarding the vehicle without a lot of extraneous details and at the same time gave us a lot of information regarding the operation of the vehicle and the many options available but without all the up sell hype so prevalent today. Great job Tyler. Thanks! When it came to filling out the paper work / financing Phil was more than helpful. With several years of banking experience he knows the ropes and got everything in place in timely, professional manner; the follow up call the night of the purchase to let us know we were approved and subsequent follow up calls to finalize the purchase. He even reimbursed me for the $24.00 UBER ride when I went to pick up the VENZA. Thanks Phil. Well done! When you pick up your new vehicle from Charlesglen I hope you have the pleasure of having Jim show you around the car; how the nav system works as well as the hands free communication, bluetooth and all the other functions. Jim is a real delight, a great conversationalist and like me a music buff. So between learning how to use the navigation system and discussing who are the best jazz bassists and drummers it was a truly delightful and entertaining 30 minutes (probably more). Thanks Jim. Matching Corollas - A Real Treat We recently leased His and Hers 2017 Corolla SE's from Tyler Medland and we couldn't be happier. My wife got the sporty Red with Black trim model and We recently leased His and Hers 2017 Corolla SE's from Tyler Medland and we couldn't be happier. My wife got the sporty Red with Black trim model and I got the all Black one. They look great in the garage and we are very excited about our new toys. Thanks to Tyler, and Kyle in Finance, for making this a pleasant buying experience. We also have a 2005 Corolla and it is the main reason we came back to Toyota again, it has over 1/4 Million KM's and going strong! Paul, the kind senior sales fellow who continued to stay in touch with us throughout the process... Tyler M., who put up with our Stoney Trail test drive :D and endless questions ...Wes and Phil in Finance who allowed me to change my mind many times on the extended warranty... Carrie who put up with my 10 (literally) calls from the registry to get the plate :D..... and of course JIM who *made my day* with the most awesome, funny and clever car pickup EVER. (I'm bringing brownies back, really. And more cat jokes.) I look forward to coming back to say hi regularly when I come in for service.
