Transmission still slips, unsure what needs to happen for it to be addressed. I never received the video of inspection. Asked for it the day I dropped it off, the following day when I came in when they told it to be addressed. I never received the video of inspection. Asked for it the day I dropped it off, the following day when I came in when they told me problem couldn’t be replicated, and then also on the third day when picking up vehicle. Tyler sent me a text message after I left saying it never was done. I had worked with Alberto twice in the past as well as my fiance with her vehicle which is why I returned. After working with Tyler neither of us will be returning customers. More

It was a large repair with the part back ordered for 1 to 2 months. Tyler kept me informed of the approximate shipping date earlier than the original timeline. There's no way that that 'Certified' pre-owned jeep was actually gone over. It came with a busted shock that they fixed when I brought it back. A week later I had to get a set of tires. The tires that it c actually gone over. It came with a busted shock that they fixed when I brought it back. A week later I had to get a set of tires. The tires that it came with were the original and had 42,000 miles of wear. Now. I'm going to need a brake job. This was my 3rd car I've bought there AND it's my last. Disappointed to say the very least. More
