There's no way that that 'Certified' pre-owned jeep was actually gone over. It came with a busted shock that they fixed when I brought it back. A week later I had to get a set of tires. The tires that it c actually gone over. It came with a busted shock that they fixed when I brought it back. A week later I had to get a set of tires. The tires that it came with were the original and had 42,000 miles of wear. Now. I'm going to need a brake job. This was my 3rd car I've bought there AND it's my last. Disappointed to say the very least. More

2.5 hour wait time for an oil change. I had an appointment and still waited that long.
