Transmission still slips, unsure what needs to happen for it to be addressed. I never received the video of inspection. Asked for it the day I dropped it off, the following day when I came in when they told it to be addressed. I never received the video of inspection. Asked for it the day I dropped it off, the following day when I came in when they told me problem couldn’t be replicated, and then also on the third day when picking up vehicle. Tyler sent me a text message after I left saying it never was done. I had worked with Alberto twice in the past as well as my fiance with her vehicle which is why I returned. After working with Tyler neither of us will be returning customers. More

Service was quick and efficient. The seats in the waiting room are really awful. Honestly, my biggest complaint is the waiting area. The only drawback is that Executive is a dual dealership (Jeep & Nissan)... Their service center can be very busy and scheduling an appointment online does not work well; does not necesarrily guarantee a time slot in which a tech will actually work on you car. If you own a Nissan, it is best to call for a scheduled available time slot. And the wait time can be long if they happen to be understaffed that day. But, they really do good work... and even provide you with the courtesy of washing you car after they service it. More

I have serviced my car at Executive Jeep for over 11yrs. I will never again go to anyone else but Tyler ever again! Tyler is very professional and honest! My car came in with many problems! Tyler had a rent I will never again go to anyone else but Tyler ever again! Tyler is very professional and honest! My car came in with many problems! Tyler had a rental car ready upon my arrival. He went over all my worries and concerns I had, never making me feel rushed like others have. He replied to me quickly when I tried to get ahold of him everytime! Tyler was the most respectful, understanding, patient reliable service professional I have ever had at Executive Jeep! I know I can trust and count on him when dealing with my car! I’m very particular so this being said is a huge complement! More
