Go Elsewhere and save yourself a headache If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited this Nissan on 7/1/2019 in hopes of getting an oil change and a tire rotation. I have had issues with this If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited this Nissan on 7/1/2019 in hopes of getting an oil change and a tire rotation. I have had issues with this Nissan in the past but it is the closest to my home, so I figured new management, let me give it a shot. After waiting for my services to be completed, I was charged full price for both the oil change and tire rotation. Because I have had issues with this place in the past, I labeled my tires 1-4 to make sure they were rotated. I went to check and no surprise they had not been rotated. Oil change was done this time but the tires were not rotated and I was charged full price for it. I spoke with the manager and he didn't seem to care that this was the SECOND time my tires were not rotated but I was charged for the service. Will never return to this Nissan and people save yourself the headache, visit another Nissan dealership. More

He played no games and offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. Tony (sales manager) gave us the same attention. He was pleasant to deal with and didn't run back and fourth with the numbers. All in all, awesome experience and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. More

DISHONEST - SCAM ARTISTS Horrible dealership full of scam. Don't believe a word they say. Bought a car from them, instantly within 30 minutes check engine light came on. They also promised me an incentive if I helped them sell my trade in which got sold in 2 days. The answer I got back from them was it took them money to fix my car (which should've been fixed when I bought it) and that's why they wouldn't give me my incentive. Car had multiple issues, bought a car that ended up being in their service for over 2 weeks. They tend to blame it on "previous ownership", don't believe them it's still owned by the same person. Their own employees admitted to it (can't mention names to protect them). I will be contacting Nissan Corporate. They should not be in business. If you don't believe me, look at the number of 1 star reviews. Would love to give them 0 stars. Stay away! More
