They are in business to try and gouge their customers for whatever they can get over sticker on their vehicles. Really horrible trying to buy a car from a greedy dealer. BUYER BEWAREThis dealership has not honored the BUYER BEWARE This dealership has not honored the agreement set forth in the negotions  for a new car purchase in November 2020.   I was negotiated ou BUYER BEWARE This dealership has not honored the agreement set forth in the negotions  for a new car purchase in November 2020.   I was negotiated out of a lease and into a new purchase with the agreement of a return of 2 lease payments totaling $1190.   It is now 3 months later with no return of funds.  I was actually directed to call Nissan Financial myself and they have no record of such.  Furthermore North Plainfield Nissan has been unresponsive in returning my inquiry emails and have made no efforts in resolving this issue.  They are in breach of contract and I will not be doing business with them again nor should you More

Best Team I've Ever Worked With!!! I'm not a review type girl, but I believe that some instances deserve the time to be taken out to do so. I came to North Plainfield Nissan after another dealer set me up for failure from the start. I was told it was near impossible to get me into a car, which was the furthest from the truth. I thoroughly regret not coming to North Plainfield Nissan in the first place. (The were closed due to COVID). Our salesman Bruno is quite honestly the most patient person I have ever met. I, as a customer know that I can be indecisive and a little head strong with my demands and anyone could easily loose their patience. Bruno answered every single one of my questions day and night and kept his word every single time he said he would follow up with me. That's huge in my book, FOLLOW UP! The Finance Team knew they would need to put in some real work to help me get into a car after they saw how much the previous dealer had screwed me over. Tony, Fadi, Gus and Hadi went to work and MADE IT HAPPEN. They even got me paying right into the price point I wanted to be in. Their professionalism, patience and transparency has made me a customer for the long haul. I recommend North Plainfield Nissan to all my friends and family without hesitation. More

Stay clear of this dealership. I had several issues with Stay clear of this dealership. I had several issues with my car and I continue to have several issues. The driver seat was broken. After days of send Stay clear of this dealership. I had several issues with my car and I continue to have several issues. The driver seat was broken. After days of sending emails I finally received a repaired car. The salesman was terrible. The general manager had to complete the deal. With the new car it sounds like the transmission is slipping. The car hesitates when attempting to accelerate. The car is not a smooth ride. I do not recommend the Nissan Pathfinder SV. More
