Stay clear of this dealership. I had several issues with Stay clear of this dealership. I had several issues with my car and I continue to have several issues. The driver seat was broken. After days of send Stay clear of this dealership. I had several issues with my car and I continue to have several issues. The driver seat was broken. After days of sending emails I finally received a repaired car. The salesman was terrible. The general manager had to complete the deal. With the new car it sounds like the transmission is slipping. The car hesitates when attempting to accelerate. The car is not a smooth ride. I do not recommend the Nissan Pathfinder SV. More

Worst Nissan dealership in New Jersey. And I am going to go above and beyond to try to reach as many people as I can to warn about the service in this place. How can you explain to someone that there is so go above and beyond to try to reach as many people as I can to warn about the service in this place. How can you explain to someone that there is something wrong with your car, and then they lie straight to your face about the work that was so called "done" to your car. Two 3 hour+ visits and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done to our car, how can you justify that? How can you preach customer service and do something like that? Never returning there, not even for an oil change. Truly disappointed More

Thieves!!!!! They switched pricing and structure of the deal and when they were caught in their lies and deceptive practices they wouldn't do anything about it. Honesty, integrity and a dealer that really values customers Andrew Woolcock and North Plainfield Nissan were fantastic in my used car purchase. My story is a little long, but it really goes to show how grea Andrew Woolcock and North Plainfield Nissan were fantastic in my used car purchase. My story is a little long, but it really goes to show how great this dealership is . I initially walked into the dealer by chance in 10/2018, and I purchased an Infiniti that day, purchase was easy and hassle free. The story of why this dealer Is so amazing , starts after the purchase. About a month after my purchase, my car started to have mechanical issues . Without getting into specifics, these issues Originated with the manufacturer. NP Nissan didn’t leave me hanging , they put Andrew Woolcock on my case . He followed up daily with everyone, keeping lines of communication open and clear . In the end the manufacturer failed to stand by their vehicle (my car) , but NP Nissan showed me that the customer is their number 1 priority . They took my car back, at significant cost to them and put me in a better , more expensive car, Never trying to charge or up sell me in the process. You hear horror stories of people buying cars with problems and dealers turning their back. That DID NOT happen here, this experience was eye opening. In the end I have my 2nd car from NP Nissan in the last 90 days and today I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Andrew Woolcock for your integrity and professionalism , you speak truth and come through for the customer. Also An additional thanks to Brad Cristalli who handled my financing both times, he made that process quick and easy More
