Great Experience for Recent Arrivals in USA We just went to have a look at a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox we were interested in while we waited for our credit union to get back to us about financing. We just went to have a look at a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox we were interested in while we waited for our credit union to get back to us about financing. We only just arrived in the country and had no idea if we could even get a car loan, and if we could we were expecting a 13% interest rate which was the standard rate for no credit history. Our credit union rejected us, but Mike and Tony found us financing with another credit union at 5.99%! We had our two year old son with us and Mike did all he could to keep him entertained. I mostly dealt with Mike and Tony at the dealership but everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. They had an insurance broker come to meet me at the dealership to get insurance sorted and overall there was very little effort required on my part, a big change from the last country I lived in. If Volvo of Tucson has a car you're interested in, I can highly recommend them. More

So back I went to see is they would change it and modify the contract and they did! Thank you Scott Pottier, Finance Manager and Tony Keovorabouth, Sales Manager for going above and beyond to change Temp contract for Me. Best Automotive Agency I have ever dealt with! I arrived at the Volvo dealership, ready to look over the new vehicles with updated safety features such as the rear/front camera though I was still c I arrived at the Volvo dealership, ready to look over the new vehicles with updated safety features such as the rear/front camera though I was still considering repairing my 2001 Volvo instead of taking on a new car purchase, Don Nilles did not push me toward a decision one way or another but showed me the vehicles available that would meet my needs and explained the extensive safety features of the 2016 cars. We then met with Tony Keovoraboth who worked out the pricing and trade-in, incorporating the current sale incentive and the price that Tony and Don came up with was enough to convince me to buy a new Volvo. When I returned to make the purchase, all the details were efficiently handled by Mike Williams for the trade and financing. My car was ready and presented with fanfare, reinforcing the attention to detail that Volvo of Tucson and its employees are noted for. Though I was anxious about the complexities of the digital features inside the car, Don Nilles and Manny Tellez tutored me on the systems, making sure that I was comfortable before driving away in my new Volvo. They encouraged me to return or phone at any time that I would like to review more operational details and I will surely do so.
