From Jimmy (our main sales rep); to George (our initial contact), to Rick (GM), Martin (sales manager), Mikey (back up finance guy), and Mike and Brooklyn (We don’t remember his name, and both were just extra friendly guys there), we not only had a great experience, but we had fun :)! They were open and honest along the way, and we felt comfortable asking questions and waiting for the time that worked for us. We would buy another car from them without hesitation, and look forward to saying hi during service visits. More

When I called and spoke to the salesperson and the manager, I was told that the battery was not covered and I was on my own. Why this is particularly troubling? --- This dealership sold my car new to the original owner and it had been maintained by their service department the entire time. Not a way to build customer loyalty. I recommend against this dealership. More

Seriously, stop by and see what they can do for you... On a whim my wife and I stopped by Volvo of Tucson at the NW Automall. We were met by Branden Hansen and Mike Habib. This was the beginning of one of On a whim my wife and I stopped by Volvo of Tucson at the NW Automall. We were met by Branden Hansen and Mike Habib. This was the beginning of one of the most pleasant car buying experiences in our lifetime. The salesmen made us feel like family from the onstart of the vehicle shopping. We have never, ever purchased a foreign built vehicle before, and rarely have we purchased a used vehicle. This time we broke the mold and purchased a 2014 S60, with only 27000 miles on it. The vehicle was completely gone over by the Excellent Service Department, and to date, they have addressed any questions I have had in regards to the vehicle's operations. Each time I brought the vehicle in for service, they have a loaner car ready and waiting for me. It is like being at a spa resort for vehicles. There are absolutely no negatives I could mention with regards to purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I didn't know anyone who worked here prior to our first visit, we came in cold off the street, they treated us with respect and dignity, and this is a review in my own words, I am receiving nothing in return for this posting. All I can say, to sum it up, is from someone who has been driving for over 45 years, I was totally blown away by the friendliness, professionalism, and dedication of the sales and service staff. Recently, we both need newer vehicles and went back to Volvo of Tucson. The sales people we worked were great no pressure and no games. Mike Habib had let me know about the used vehicles that were coming and let me test drive 2 so I could get feel of them. There was no pressure to buy. Later, when I went back to see another vehicle that I thought "was the one", Branden worked very hard to make it affordable for me. Branden and Mike was great to work with both online, on the phone and in person. All the staff there, from the front desk to finance to the manager were very easy to talk to, helpful and honest/ . I recommend Volvo of Tucson to everyone, even if you are not sure what you want to drive they are a great place to start. More

Buying the 3rd car from dealer At first we had gone to 2 other dealerships but the high pressure "buy now" sale style really turned us off. I saw a Volvo on the website and chatted online with Branden, who was very helpful. I was interested in a newly acquired used vehicle and Branden kept me informed of what was going on with the car as it went through the evaluation at the dealership all with out pressuring me. It was easy to buy a vehicle. It was a pleasant car buying experience. Only thing I have to complain about is they said our truck would go to auction that's why so little on trade but when I went back to get alarm in our truck was for sale $5000 more than trade in. Otherwise we would go hack there. More
