Don Nilles -best salesman I’ve had for 5 leases I’ve been leasing Volvo’s for the past 20 years. I like the brand, so I haven’t looked to switch, while my life and my locations have changed. My Tucson guy, Don Nilles, has been great from the start and continues to go above and beyond for me with my newest and most tech-advanced 2018 Volvo XC-60. He got me the car I wanted fast and continues to be there for me whenever I need him. Volvo of Tucson is lucky to have him. More

Excellent purchase experience Don and the rest of the staff did a great job through the entire process of showing cars thru the purchase process. The environment at the dealership is inviting and low key. My only complaint is that some of their cars were not available to show since they were still being inspected and reconditioned . I would recommend that they not advertise pre owned inventory until they are ready to test drive. More

Excellent customer service and solid communication. The only quasi complaint I have is that I don't typically put up with being passed off from salesman to salesman, but this is a small dealership and I respect the challenges they face. I worked with at least 4 sales guys, but they delivered a consistent experience that did not involve repetition of sales pitches. I received at most 1 follow up call per visit and if I asked for some numbers or information, they delivered it promptly. I rated their pricing as "excellent" because they had some excellent deals on new volvos ($7,500 off) which is amazing for Volvo. More

It's not every day that you have the opportunity to purchase a new or used vehicle This is the way car buying should be - easy, relaxed and enjoyable. It's not every day that you have the opportunity to purchase a new or used vehicle so when you do you want it to be a good experience. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful and not just in picking the car you want but in deciding where to purchase it. That decision is almost just as important and requires the same diligence and research you would put into the vehicle itself. These guys at Volvo of Tucson are changing the way you think about purchasing a vehicle. I had initially met Brandon a few months ago when looking for a used SUV but after shopping around a bit decided to postpone my purchase. Branden was very professional and knowledgeable and offered very little pressure for me to make a purchase immediately. I kept his number in my phone and when the time came that I was in the market again, I gave him a rang. He wasn't working the hours we had planned to come in which is when we met Don Nilles. Don was also great and showed us some of the vehicle we were looking at. He was great to work with and didn't mind when we went on a unusually long test drive. He was professional and polite and wasn't pushy in the slightest. Definitely a departure from your typical car salesman. He thanked us for stopping by and we went on our way. Long story short, we ended up going back a couple of days later purchasing the vehicle we had test drove. The purchasing experience was also very easy and comfortable. Branden was great in this area as well, he has a very relaxed personality but also this subtle sense of humor that definitely helps ease the stress of making the purchase. We agreed upon a price that was very reasonable and filled out the required paperwork and the sale was made. What more can I say? If you're shopping for a vehicle and Volvo of Tucson shows up in your search, don't hesitate to pull the trigger and head on down and check them out. You won't be disappointed you did. More

I was after a lower price used vechale, but that made no matter to the people of this dealership and I was treated as if I was after the most expensive vechales they had. I delt with thee different people and each one made me feel that they had my interests in mind. Three different people chip in and showed me vechales and there was never a hint of not wanting to work with me. No pressure of any kind, you know the old routines of sales ends today, everyone wants this car, last chance, none of that. No hurry, they worked on my schedule. More
