Forced to to buy stuff what you don't want I was forced to purchase an extended warranty that I told them repeatedly that I didn't want and also a maintenance package for an additional $995. t I was forced to purchase an extended warranty that I told them repeatedly that I didn't want and also a maintenance package for an additional $995. that I told them I would NEVER use because I live so far away from them. If I didn't take it, they would deduct $1000. from my trade.. Doesn't sound legal to me.. More

First time buying nightmare I enjoyed Mike my first visit at the dealership. I had a whole bunch of problems with the dealership itself (google review 1 star.) I visited the deal I enjoyed Mike my first visit at the dealership. I had a whole bunch of problems with the dealership itself (google review 1 star.) I visited the dealership 4 times and the last time I visited, Mike completely ignored me. I had a lot of problems trying to attain my title and I tried calling Mike and the dealership only to be sent to voicemail several times. The staff only care about the sale and afterwards they will treat you with no respect. The staff is a joke and their customer service is an even bigger joke. More

Great Friendly Staff The staff at Ed Napleton was great to work with and we love our new Honda Pilot. I never felt pressured like other dealerships. The only issue was trying to reach someone by phone. However they have listened to their customers and will establish a customer help line to answer questions or concerns in a timely manner. Cussed at by Ed. Napleton employee named Chris I went in to trade my 2015 truck for a 2018 vehicle. I was low-balled on the offer for my vehicle (I was offered a 22k, and wound up getting 27k from I went in to trade my 2015 truck for a 2018 vehicle. I was low-balled on the offer for my vehicle (I was offered a 22k, and wound up getting 27k from another dealer). I explained that we were way off, and said it wouldn't work. At this point everything was fine, but then another employee (Chris Gamblin) came out and was immediately very aggressive towards me, wouldn't let me speak, and kept interrupting me. I explained that I only really cared about the trade difference amount. This upset him more, and he seemed confused and unable to comprehend this logic (despite this being very basic logic that everyone buying a car should understand). I didn't get a chance to say much at all before the employee (Chris) called me a "Jack@%$!" and walked away. I stood there with my jaw dropped. The sales man I initially dealt with was next to me (Ben), and he too seemed stunned. He asked me very nicely to hang tight while he went and got the dealership manager (Tom). Tom seemed not too worried about the behavior of Chris (he made a very weak apology) and offered a slight bit more for my trade, at which point I said "Thanks" and went on my way. Stay away from Ed Napleton. By the way, I went to another Honda dealership and was given 27k for my trade, and the process went great... everyone was polite, etc. More
