I referred someone in June of this year and after several calls ,texts and attempts, I have not received my referral fee!!! SCAM ALERT!! More

Three months later and still no title. I am literally exhausted trying to get it and am looking into involving other agencies. I paid in full but I cannot register my car. We have been dealing with them since August when we were sold a car that stopped working within a week and they traded it out for this one. As happy as we were with that, it’s not a great solution since they will not provide the title to me. More

I met Ian and Darwin at Kia and spoke about my concerns and what I was looking for as I still was not 100% set. He showed me a Kia Forte and while I liked the looks and it is a very nice car, it just was not for me. I ended up following them to the Honda location, and Claire provided both a great buying and service experience, which is why I drove 100 miles to purchase my vehicle. She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about my Honda Civic Touring. Unlike two dealerships I was at beforehand, Claire was very easy to work with and was not a high-pressure salesperson. She was not only on point with what I wanted, the price I was willing to pay, and what I wanted for my vehicle. Being that this was 100 miles away, she mentioned a warranty plan, but understanding how far away I lived, she realized it was not a good fit. I know on my husband's next purchase, we will go down to Ed Napleton again and work with Claire. I liked her attitude, and she made the process very quick as I did have to turn around and drive back to Columbia. She even texted me to ensure I made it home safe, answered a couple of quick questions I had regarding the vehicle, and told me if I had anything else pop up to get a hold of her. More

I had a goal to trade that in to get Came into the Ed Napelton Honda dealer in St. Peter's just looking to get a trade in value on my current vehicle. I had a goal to trade that in to get a 2015 Honda. The salesman, Ben, ended up snagging me a phenomenal deal on a brand new 2019 Homda that I could not refuse. I left that night with a better vehicle than I planned to get and even happier than when I came in. Fantastic service and everyone was insanely nice. Definitely recommend buying from here! More

Dishonest dealership Bought a used car 2 weeks ago. They add on a “Napleton package” of some sort for $1000 that includes car washes, rental car and oil changes. I did n Bought a used car 2 weeks ago. They add on a “Napleton package” of some sort for $1000 that includes car washes, rental car and oil changes. I did not want that but was told it was nonnegotiable so we accepted it. Since we had that additional cost, we chose to not add the extended warranty and took our chances. Yes, I know it’s a risk buying a used car but we had faith in a big name dealership. Here we are one week later and it’s in their service shop and I am being told it is a $1600 repair. The car will not start part of the time but they are saying that the issue isn’t a safety issue so i am on my own. Great. Good business. The service department guy was super nice and seemed to care about the problem but it was out of his hands. The decision to do nothing to help me was the general managers. I advise everyone to stay far away from Napleton Honda. I learned an expensive lesson. **Yesterday the car was at Napleton and I was told it was something with an air actuator and would be $1600. Today, ONE DAY LATER, i had to take it to another shop since it didn’t start again last night or this morning. The codes this car ran are that there is an engine and timing problem that basically requires engine replacement. Napleton did the emissions and safety inspection on this car one week ago and had it in their shop YESTERDAY and they were not able to figure this out? I do not believe that at all. So now my daughters new car is at a Hyundai dealership and it cannot be driven. Great experience for a 16 year old who just bought her first car. More

THEN they tried to say okay fine 12,900.... UMMM what. STILL HOW ARE U GOING TO HAVE A CAR LISTED FOR THAT PRICE THEN TRY TO SCAM SOMEBODY INTO BUYING IT FOR WAY MORE. Tom the general manager said they will try to get us the bottom dollar and call us back on monday ( today) HMM NO CALL. so we go back up there A THIRD TIME. and they try to offer $11,500... the price listed online.... they clearly don’t know how to do business because no one would EVER buy a car for the sticker price. this place is a scam and a JOKE !!! we offered 11,000 and they would not take it. NEVER go to this dealership. More

No Title - No Emissions - No License bracket - No Call Backs I was forced to purchase an extended warranty that I told them repeatedly that I didn't want and also a maintenance package for an additional $995. th I was forced to purchase an extended warranty that I told them repeatedly that I didn't want and also a maintenance package for an additional $995. that I told them I would NEVER use because I live so far away from them. If I didn't take it, they would deduct $1000. from my trade.. Doesn't sound legal to me.. Let's see how many people see this before it's removed.. After 3 weeks I still don't have a payment book, my emissions papers or a title. I can't transfer my plates until I have these... All I wanted was to buy a car that I fell in love with and ended up in a nightmare that doesn't end... More
