Smythe Volvo provided great assistance in helping me to replace my 2012 S60 T5 which had been serviced by Smythe, with a Certified 2021 S60 Momentum T5 AWD that was in excellent condition and with relative replace my 2012 S60 T5 which had been serviced by Smythe, with a Certified 2021 S60 Momentum T5 AWD that was in excellent condition and with relatively low miles. I did discuss with Tom Coward in Service options for extending the life of my 2012, but when comparing the 2021 versus the 2012, I decided to replace the 2012. Tom also assisted in installing the Sensus Navigation system in the 2021. Alon Katende provided friendly, no pressure, and knowledgeable advice on the 2021 S60 and I was very grateful for the generous trade in price that was offered for the 2012, and I paid cash for the 2021. Abood Katib in Finance discussed the extended Volvo warranty (out to 100k) along with other coverages - and I took them all! Alex Piriz was my Delivery Specialist, and he took me on a final tour of the vehicle and installed Apple Play for me. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I'm very pleased with my new vehicle. More

Tod Colbeth was WONDERFUL . He and the Volvo staff paid special attention to specific concerns and requests...he coordinated my Lyft to and from (car was there within 2 minutes! Today I came in to deal with two small but very annoying issues. I didn’t have an appointment but was nearby so figured I’d stop in. Despite Smythe being very busy, Todd took the time to solve both of my issues - and one of them required him to really go out of his way. It is this level of exceptional customer service that keeps our family loyal to Volvo. I love my XC90 but have had other cars I also love. However, none of them came with the exceptional customer care consistently delivered by Smythe Volvo, and in this case today, Todd. I left Smythe not only extremely satisfied but saying to myself once again, this is why I will never buy a car other than a Volvo! Thank you Todd! More
