Nick and Jason went out of their way to remedy a "self-inflicted wound" on my SUV - the side of my garage "collided" with my driver's side mirror, cracking the casing off, shattering some small part "self-inflicted wound" on my SUV - the side of my garage "collided" with my driver's side mirror, cracking the casing off, shattering some small parts and disconnecting the light bulb inside. With Smythe's typical courtesy and efficiency - and Jason's masterful use of black electrical tape - the pieces were put together and, to a casual observer, the mirror looks like new. When I off-handedly mentioned that the plastic molding on the side of the driver's seat had cracked a few months ago (I had duct-taped that myself to stop my coats and sweaters from getting caught in it), Nick mention that it was a warranty issue and a common complaint. Between him and Jason, it was replaced on the spot. Then Jason even re-synched my Bluetooth with my phone - something I had tried to do and failed to accomplish since it mysteriously lost the connection a few days ago. My husband and I have bought at least 6 Volvos from Smythe over the years and although we have always appreciate Craig Melquist's direct and friendly assistance with our purchase/lease, the main reason we return time and time again is because of the fabulous, efficient, courteous and competent service provided by Nick, Tom and their terrific service staff. The entire Smythe team is the gold standard as far as I am concerned and I would (and have) recommend them to friends and family. More

From the purchase to the service I am treated as if I am #1. They go out of their way to accommodate you. I drove in yesterday for a replacement part and expected to be given a date for the service. With advance notice I am provided with a loaner so I can get to work. I am not young and I have had a lot of experience dealing with all kinds of service professionals. Smythe Volvo is the platinum standard in customer service and should be involved with teaching other service professionals how it is done. More

Everyone at Smythe Volvo deserves recognition because of their handling of all types of customers. If you have ever question yourself about the repairs and work on your auto actually being done- DON'T- bec their handling of all types of customers. We had a very unfortunate incident with our XC70 and the professionalism of our Salesperson (Craig Melquist) went beyond what I had even imagine would happen in resolving our situation. But that is the way everyone that I have come into contact with at Symthe Volvo has been. We have owned and purchased 6 Volvos 2 of which are still in the family somewhere in Minnesota and Colorado. Smythe Volvo is not a "Typical" dealer but a dealer that genuinely listens, acts and produces. If you want to be treated like someone rather than a number visit this establishment take a test drive and see what I am talking about. More

Once before I did a review for Smythe Volvo but I had to write again. I have been singing the praises of this dealership to anyone who I talk to about cars. My neighbor didn't believe me. I have been with Smythe for 4 cars now and couldn't be happier. They have been the best in both service and sales. My experiences with other car dealerships have always driven me back to Smythe. The service advisors are extremely knowledgeable and go the extra mile when it is needed. The proximity to the Midtown Direct (2 blocks) train is really convenient. The sales department is very low pressure and I like that you deal with one person (my guy is Craig) from start to finish. When I bought my last Non-Volvo I spent 2 hours in the Finance Managers office as he tried to sell me everything under the sun. You won't find this at Smythe. One Salesperson from start to finish. It is truly run as a family owned business. I highly recommend Smythe Volvo! You guys are the best! More
