Todd was really friendly I'll be honest. But the service wasn't good. He offered me a complimentary car wash to which I agreed. The car came out and wasn't clean at all! It had dirt all over But the service wasn't good. He offered me a complimentary car wash to which I agreed. The car came out and wasn't clean at all! It had dirt all over and moreover after the car wash there was a lot of scratches on my car. I told Mr. Todd about this and he said he'll wash the car again properly but he wasn't ready to accept the responsibility for the scratches after the wash. I told him there were no scratches at all before bringing my car over there, but he still didn't take responsibility. Moreover, on the bill the dealership has already stated that they're not responsible for any scratches after the car wash as they're really confident in their system(this clearly shows that this is a regular issue at this place and they are not ready to take responsibility for it). Mr. Todd brought the car back after washing it for the second time but it wasn't still clean. Getting a carwash from any other gas station would make your car more clean. I was really disappointed at the service provided by the dealership and I'll not be going there again! More
