It was a great experience to work with Michael through the whole process of getting a new car. From selecting the right car for me having the right requirements, to navigating through financial options, k the whole process of getting a new car. From selecting the right car for me having the right requirements, to navigating through financial options, keeping me up to date regarding delivery and what I need to prepare for the day of getting the car Michael made the whole process very smooth, easy to understand, answering all the questions I had up to setting up the car and driving out of the parking lot. I was grateful for Enna’s help on a day that I was very unwell. Plans changed and I dropped the vehicle off early and headed to Urgent Care. I had spotty cell service while there and Enna used text to co unwell. Plans changed and I dropped the vehicle off early and headed to Urgent Care. I had spotty cell service while there and Enna used text to connect when I was unable to take calls. I appreciated the shuttle service driver was willing to pick me up from urgent care but was so delayed during assessment that it was faster to use a taxi to make it back before close..
