I feel they overcharge for service, at least as compared to other service centers. I was told two air filters needed to be replaced and they were charging $120. Similar air filters can be purchased for un to other service centers. I was told two air filters needed to be replaced and they were charging $120. Similar air filters can be purchased for under $20, even the official Infiniti parts are less than $25 each. I was quoted $50 each for two, and $20 labor. I probably shouldn't have blamed the tech, so I changed my rating for him. He did get back to me right away when I had questions. More

I have always been happy with Coulter Infinity since I first purchased my car there. I was out of the country and the entire transaction was done over the phone. I picked up the car a couple of months la first purchased my car there. I was out of the country and the entire transaction was done over the phone. I picked up the car a couple of months later when I returned home. It now has 40000 miles on it and all the service has been done there. I have been very satisfied with all my service visits. More

When picked up car, a chip to my PS rear roof panel was noticed. Dealer photos were fuzzy and Toby did not want to review my concern further except by using touch up paint. The paint chip was left in my do noticed. Dealer photos were fuzzy and Toby did not want to review my concern further except by using touch up paint. The paint chip was left in my door rubber as well.,my car is 2023 kept garaged. This was my 1st service at this location and should have went to the Scottsdale dealership where I purchase my car. As always, outstanding service is routine for this dealership, and good service is considered substandard. While I’m certainly not the customer with the most expensive vehicle and stellar purchase dealership, and good service is considered substandard. While I’m certainly not the customer with the most expensive vehicle and stellar purchase record, I feel like I am the only customer that matters. The quality of the work is good, the prices are reasonable, the valet service is the best. Though I live on the border of Buckeye and Goodyear, i have a relationship with Coulter and my car goes there, even thought the Infiniti dealer in Peoria is only a 20 minute drive for me. Folks, I know that I’m at the right place when they tell me that though this service is recommended, it’s not needed yet because the part is in good shape or the wear and tear isn’t as advanced as it should be. Never had that experience elsewhere. Coulter today, tomorrow, and always!! More
