As always, outstanding service is routine for this dealership, and good service is considered substandard. While I’m certainly not the customer with the most expensive vehicle and stellar purchase dealership, and good service is considered substandard. The quality of the work is good, the prices are reasonable, the valet service is the best. Though I live on the border of Buckeye and Goodyear, i have a relationship with Coulter and my car goes there, even thought the Infiniti dealer in Peoria is only a 20 minute drive for me. Folks, I know that I’m at the right place when they tell me that though this service is recommended, it’s not needed yet because the part is in good shape or the wear and tear isn’t as advanced as it should be. Never had that experience elsewhere. Coulter today, tomorrow, and always!! More

Fantastic experience with a car dealer 900 miles from home. Coulter Infinity offered the car I wanted at the lowest price of all dealers I came across that had listings on CarGurus, Cars.com, and Autotr home. Coulter Infinity offered the car I wanted at the lowest price of all dealers I came across that had listings on CarGurus, Cars.com, and Autotrader. They were so much lower on price than even the locally priced units in the greater San Antonio area. I flew into Phoenix Sky Harbor where they picked me up and brought me to the dealership. All the paperwork was finished except for a few signatures. Test drove the car and everything was as represented on line. Washed, detailed and full of fuel. The general manager of the dealership stopped by the desk and thanked me for choosing Coulter. I immediately found him to be truly grateful that I flew three states away to do my business with them. I was equally impressed that he worked on Saturday. If I’m ever in the market for another Infinity, this was my first, I will start my search with Coulter Infinity. Ask for Margo, a veteran, and a mom, and a terrifically transparent sales professional. More

Misled Screw you people... Misled me into driving over 2 hrs each way up there... You said 21-28k for my trade...all you had to do was run the vehicle...I Screw you people... You said 21-28k for my trade...all you had to do was run the vehicle...I had given you the miles Sooooooo.....now it has over 250 more miles on it and I wasted my morning. You could’ve ran the kbb with the milage I had provided...then when you lowballed me by $3000, I wouldn’t have bothered driving 120 miles each way to get there... NOT HAPPY AND WILL NEVER BE BACK... More
