However, I didn’t have to wait long at to be helped. From start to finish, Tim was very pleasant and I was happy to have him as our salesman. I loved the fact that he asked not only my husband his name, but also asked my daughter, and me our names as well. Tim was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He even reached out weeks after the sale to see how things were going with the new car and to see if we had any questions or concerns. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations and I look forward to doing business with him and this dealership again. Jose Garcia did the delivery presentation with us and he was amazing as well! There is so much to learn in the new vehicles and Jose was extremely patient, while walking us through everything. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood how to work all of the new technology. Jose is very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him. Excellent experience that I was not expecting. Was expecting a somewhat condescending pressure situation like we have encountered in Barrington. Let me start off by saying I visited multiple dealerships in the area and was completely HORRIFIED at the lack of knowledge and customer service. From the first moment I walked into the Mercedes-Benz dealer in the area and was completely HORRIFIED at the lack of knowledge and customer service. From the first moment I walked into the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Hoffman Estates I was greeted and treated with respect. As a single woman who hold an executive level position, it was so refreshing that there was no "mansplaining" that happened. Even on my follow up visits I was always pleasantly greeted upon my entrance. Tim, was always on point, really nice, honest, informative and professional and always immediately to my texts/emails. Tim, Tom and Charlie worked out numbers for me that worked for all of us. I did not have to go back and forth 10 times to get the numbers to where I wanted them to be. The culture is friendly & professional without pretense. On my follow up visits, Tom got out from behind the desk to greet me and make sure everything was ok. This level of customer service is rare & refreshing. I highly recommend using this dealership and ask for Tim McGrath! More
