Car shopping at Bob Johnson was a pleasant experience. I found that dealing with the staff at Bob Johnson was low-pressure when compared to other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. The salesperson was very accommodating in providing the vehicle I desired. The people at the dealership seemed down-to-earth, not "slicksters" like some of the big city dealerships. GREAT customer service without the hassle Found the car I wanted, Tim took the time to go over all the features with us, we negotiated the deal and I picked the car up.
