i have always bought my new cars there, even my last used car I bought there, in 2017, a 2014 Equinox. Great car. Also have a 2012 Sonic I bought there new. Not anymore. Last few times all they want to do is the work I ask for, and recommend thousands of dollars more each time I go. This last time (today) took in for loud exhaust system. I looked at it myself, all looked good except middle muffler (resinator) part at NAPA $61.00. They said they had to replace all because that is all GM sells, not the individual parts. So it would be $1500.00. After I called them back, they also said I needed breaks, just after passing inspection there in April, since April maybe at most 1,000 miles. I am taking it elsewhere for the first time. They will only get work if its warrenty, from me in the future. Liked it a lot better when it was LeRoy Motors, Bob Johnson, ruined it. More

It was ok The inspection went good. Had it in for oil change and tire rotation, asked about 50000 mile services that might need to be done didn’t get any answer The inspection went good. Pushy Serviceman I typically think this is a really nice place to get my service done. However, I noticed that many of the staff I really liked were not there anymore I typically think this is a really nice place to get my service done. However, I noticed that many of the staff I really liked were not there anymore. That left me with a pushy serviceman that apparently didn't think I knew what was done to my Caddy over the past 3 years. I explained to him that I had a new air filter within the last year or two as he was trying to sell me one. He said "that's not on my paper work". Ugh! He eventually found it in the paper work. Why couldn't he just take my word instead if telling me it wasn't in his paper work? Then, he tried to nail me for a coolant flush. I had my water pump changed in the past couple years too, so I didn't think that was necessary either, Wonder why he didn't see that in his paper work? I'm not sure who the serviceman was, but he was a newer employee. Not like it use to be! More

Unfortunately my 2nd lease I was talked into going to a different Bob Johnson location for my newest lease and I should of walked out without getting the 2018 Silverado I have now. From the deceit and lies from the salesman and from the lady in the financial department, their mess up in the payoff on my 2015 lease that cost me out of pocket a extra payment of $328 which they still haven't repaid me and because of the experience there I will never walk into that location again and will continue to tell everyone I know not to go to Bob Johnson in Greece. Hopefully LeRoy stays the way it is and doesn't become a location like Greece. More
