Above and beyond customer service! My wife and I worked with Tim Hodge to find a reliable used vehicle for her new job. We had been interested in Impalas and Malibus but nothing really My wife and I worked with Tim Hodge to find a reliable used vehicle for her new job. We had been interested in Impalas and Malibus but nothing really caught our eye. We weren't happy with the other cars we saw because the mileage was higher then we wanted. Tim asked if we had ever drove a Buick Encore and neither one of us had. He handed us the keys for a 2017 they had just gotten back from a lease return and we really liked the look of it. When we went to drive it we were blown away by the mileage, only 3700 miles on it! Practically brand new! After the test drive we were sold! We really appreciated Tim for thinking outside the box on finding the right fit for us. We could tell he wasn't just there to make a sale, he made it his personal responsibility to match us with the kind of car we needed and kept it in our price range. More
