Terrible! This place is ridiculous. They were unaware of the inventory on their own lot. We called in regards to a used car they said they didn’t have. My husba This place is ridiculous. They were unaware of the inventory on their own lot. We called in regards to a used car they said they didn’t have. My husband had to show them the car. (It was on the website and parked up front on their lot) They asked for full brand new retail value on a 6 year old base used car with damage and tried to convince my husband it had features that it didn’t have. We have owned 2 of these vehicles and my husband is a shop foreman at another dealership. Instead of negotiating to come to an agreement they just dismissed us and claimed their shop bill was an extravagant amount for wipers and brakes. (3k I think—-we know better.) They didn’t even address the body damage. Just a horrible experience in general. We do not plan to do business with them. More

He is a liar, very unprofessional and is completely deceitful. Tommie in management Isn’t fit to manage a Taco Bell. I thought that maybe after 20 years, the new location and owner/management change would produce a better experience. WOW, WAS I WRONG!!! Same mindset as ever. Only worried about how we can screw people over and get the sale today. No loyal customer base attitude. It’s to bad they just didn’t go under and leave the professionalism to RUSTY ECK. Have to do more then just change hands and management, CHANGE THE MINDSET!!! More

Raptor Order I ordered / purchased a 2018 Raptor from Mel Hambelton Ford, it was unique experience since I traded my vehicle in on a vehicle that didn’t exist, and I ordered / purchased a 2018 Raptor from Mel Hambelton Ford, it was unique experience since I traded my vehicle in on a vehicle that didn’t exist, and I still had a loan on the current vehicle which provided a new challenge to me and my sales person, Tariq. Tariq and the sales team at Mel Hambelton Ford were able to take care of my unique situation and explained everything well during the process of my order of my Raptor. I have dealt with Tariq in the past with other vehicle purchases, he has treated me well thru all of them and I would recommend him to anyone else I know. Also, Mel Hambelton Ford was not marking their Raptors up like some of the other dealers around Wichita. More

Dirty dealer DIRTY DEALER. Found a car, made trade in deal for said car. Worked all day on a deal for this car. Ran my credit agreed upon terms was literally ON MY DIRTY DEALER. Found a car, made trade in deal for said car. Worked all day on a deal for this car. Ran my credit agreed upon terms was literally ON MY WAY to sign paperwork and do the trade and they sold the car to someone else within MINUTES! ALL WITH NO APOLOGIES! Even asked if they could provide me with other options! Was completely IGNORED! That was a dirty dirty deal Mel Hambelton Ford! Very disappointed! WAS a repeat customer....NEVER AGAIN! ? More
