Terrible! This place is ridiculous. They were unaware of the inventory on their own lot. We called in regards to a used car they said they didn’t have. My husba This place is ridiculous. They were unaware of the inventory on their own lot. We called in regards to a used car they said they didn’t have. My husband had to show them the car. (It was on the website and parked up front on their lot) They asked for full brand new retail value on a 6 year old base used car with damage and tried to convince my husband it had features that it didn’t have. We have owned 2 of these vehicles and my husband is a shop foreman at another dealership. Instead of negotiating to come to an agreement they just dismissed us and claimed their shop bill was an extravagant amount for wipers and brakes. (3k I think—-we know better.) They didn’t even address the body damage. Just a horrible experience in general. We do not plan to do business with them. More

I thought that maybe after 20 years, the new location and owner/management change would produce a better experience. WOW, WAS I WRONG!!! Same mindset as ever. Only worried about how we can screw people over and get the sale today. No loyal customer base attitude. It’s to bad they just didn’t go under and leave the professionalism to RUSTY ECK. Have to do more then just change hands and management, CHANGE THE MINDSET!!! More
