The receptionist kindly welcomed me when I walked though the door, and all of the employees were interested in offering me a world class experience. Andrea Kass was a pleasure to work with, and she kept me updated on the status of my car on a daily basis. When the factory unexpectedly changed the delivery date, she had a loaner car delivered to my workplace by the end of the day. I was able to use the car on a daily basis until my new car arrived at the dealership. Andrea was easy to communicate with, she responded to e-mails and phone calls almost immediately, and she was truly interested in making me happy. The operation at Helms Bros, from top to bottom, is world class. The employees are exceptional, the customer service is top notch, and everyone there hopes to make your day better. I highly recommend Helms Bros. for your new or pre-owned vehicle, and I look forward to working with them in the future! More

Andrea is uniquely qualified and is always up to date on the various packages and options available. She truly listens to the needs of her clients and makes practical suggestions that are motivated by her analysis of the customer's true needs. Our purchase of a preowned Mercedes from Helms Bros was a pure delight from the very beginning. I highly recommend our sales person Evelyn Chin for her knowledge and courtesy throughout the transaction. Matt Lunetta offered us an extended 2 year warranty that made us feel even more confident with our purchase. By the way, the preowned showroom is spacious and inviting. We also dealt with Sean Savage who also was extremely courteous and the service manager Richard Grein who was not only very professional but extremely passionate about his job. It's good to find a service manager who cares about his customers. He really does care. We look forward to his assurances in the future. We were also very pleased to meet John Kunz the preowned GM and Suzanne Cochrane who is the Helms Bros GM. They were both extremely gracious and more than helpful with our purchase and service. First and foremost, Mr. Michael Nekava is a phenomenal sales associate, and he will be mine for life. His attention to detail is astounding. He truly made me feel at home the minute I walked through the door. He stood by me throughout the purchase, and even has stayed in touch after the sale to ensure my happiness. To this day he is still in contact to ensure my happiness, and letting me know of current deals and incentives. Needless to say, my parents and cousin are currently working with him to get into a new Mercedes. Mikey truly is now part of our family.
