She took the time to explain every detail about our RX350 and did not pressure us at any time to buy. When we picked up our vehicle she went over everything with us again.. She definitely provided us with excellent customer service. Amanda Tapley, financial services manager was very patient with us when we asked her several questions before signing papers to purchase the car. She made several follow up phone calls to ensure we understood everything. Another example of excellent customer service. We brought our car in for the 30 day follow up and the service was outstanding. They employees couldn't do enough for us!!! More
