The atmosphere upon entering the dealership was different. The staff were warm and welcoming and genuinely interested in helping me, but not in a pushy sort of manner which you get from most other dealerships. I had driven 2.5 hours all the way from Toronto to meet with Sue regarding a 2013 used vehicle purchase. Upon arriving, Sue greeted me with a big smile and had all the paper work ready in her office. The used car was already brought out to the front and all cleaned up and ready for me to see. I was amazed at Sue's efficiency and dedication to her job! Sue was also kind enough to deliver my vehicle to me personally!! She drove all the way from London to Toronto with her driver Bill, no hesitation or questions asked. Upon meeting the driver Bill for the first time, he too greeted me with a big smile and seemed to love what he does. Everything I asked for upon delivery of the car was done PLUS MORE!! Honestly, trust and loyalty are three words to sum up my experience with Lexus of London and more in particular, Sue. Thank you guys for this great experience! More

I came to the dealership in September and test drove the 2015 Lexus NX200 and immediately fell in love with the car, but fell more in love with her! I ended up with a 2016 NX200 and even changed my mind on the pkg of my car, and Sue was absolutely supportive and helped me pick and customize my dream car. LOVE HER!!!! She is a dream to work with, answered all my questions from gas mileage, to specs on the car, to financing. She treated me with respect, and was available via email and phone whenever I needed her and went above any beyond. I couldn't have picked a better place and person to purchase a car from. The staff at Lexus should be honoured to have a hard working and client-oriented member on their team. We had a few set backs with the delivery due to my work and travel schedule, and she was so accommodating! She stayed late for me and made me feel special every time I walked into the dealership. GO TO THIS WOMAN FOR YOUR NEXT PURCHASE!!! She has set the bar for me!!!! More

I knew I needed to block some time to deal with this. From the 1st e-mail informing me of my renewal, to when I drove my new vehicle off the lot was painless. Sue was able to very quickly gauge what I needed and equally as important what I didn't need. She provided me with just enough information without overwhelming me. It was obvious to me that she knew her stuff. The high level of customer service to ensure all customers have a positive experience has been mastered at the dealership. I have experienced a lot of different manufacturer's service facilities over my 49 years and 20 new cars, Lexus of London is by far the best!. I bought a used RX350, and was absolutely wow'd when the dealership had the hood painted for me free of charge when they noticed a high number of stone chips upon their final inspection. Sue Vincent was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we met, and I thoroughly enjoyed the orientation on the car, as I learned a lot about the features, and had many laughs along the way. Rhonda and Tracey also went the extra mile to help me out with my licensing transfers that required a couple of visits to the bureau to complete. This kinda customer sevice is hard to replicate...looking forward to a long relationship. More
