Sue Vincent whom I primarily dealt with on this occasion, is a wonderful salesperson with years of experience and good knowledge. I have been leasing the RX models and upgrading them for sometime now, and Su is a wonderful salesperson with years of experience and good knowledge. Highly recommend Sue Vincent, sales specialist. Sue took the time to accommodate my needs, got me a great deal, and made the process seamless. She responded to all emails and phone calls promptly Sue took the time to accommodate my needs, got me a great deal, and made the process seamless. When we walked into the dealership we were quite impressed with how many beautiful cars were available to look at in the showroom. We were then approached by Sue Vincent and she was very profession impressed with how many beautiful cars were available to look at in the showroom. We were then approached by Sue Vincent and she was very professional listened to what we were wanting out of a vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and answered all our questions. The test drive was great! Sue was friendly, a great listener, engaging, and made this by far the most comfortable car purchase I have made to date. Sue was able to obtain a very fair value for my trade-in - the entire process was quick and efficient. I also want to thank Lauren for her help with financing and the purchase of snow tires and for her transparency in what extras could be purchased without any hassle, markups, or pressure. I am very happy with my new vehicle and look forward to continuing to come to Lexus of London for maintenance appointments. More
