Rally is deceitful in their billing . Rally never puts the labor hours put into the job they make up a number as they deem fit and take advantage of the consumer because the know the cons Rally never puts the labor hours put into the job they make up a number as they deem fit and take advantage of the consumer because the know the consumers want their car repaired . They call to tell you what the parts will cost but never ever disclose how many labor hours will the job take and once you are there to pick up your car that's when you get the sticker shock that labor is twice the cost of the parts but no mention of # of hours worked on the car on their billing. Does the customer have a choice then NO you don't . Stephen Augustine is very good at his job and always very knowledgeable and helpful and cares for his customers. More
