Outstanding Service We purchased our first Sienna in 2005, and a second in 2016, (plus two Tundras). We bypass another Toyota Dealership because of the superior Customer Service we receiveat Sunnyvale Toyota. From Sales "Stan", Service "Maria and Simon", and Parts "Willie" we have always been extremely appreciative. They tell you exactly and only what the Customer needs, and do not take you for a "ride" as other Dealerships do. Our recent Service last week was a prime example of this. I thought something was horribly wrong with my Siena due to "check engine light, no traction" and after a computer diagnostic it was merely a loose gas cap. Who knew you need to hear "severa"l clicks to have an airtight emisioin system? I do now! Simon made sure our car was safe to drive and sent us on our way. More
