Nor, was I in a hurry - once I'd selected the vehicles and options I would consider buying, I was willing to wait as long as needed to find exactly what I wanted. Through that process, I actively engaged three different dealerships, giving them all the same information on my buying criteria. Only Stan stuck with my slow process and contacted me when a vehicle meeting that criteria became available. I presume the other dealers gave up since I haven't heard anything from them in weeks. Stan is an efficient communicator who quickly explained what I needed to know without wasting his or my time. As I prefer to do as much business as possible via email, as opposed to sitting around a dealership, I especially appreciated Stan's accommodation of that preference. And, speaking of email, I appreciate that I didn't receive frequent messages without any value - he only contacted me when there was something of value to communicate.
