My name is Sophie Morris and I am the General Manager at Crown Acura. I have been happily employed here since August of 2006. I moved to Florida from England in 1992 with my parents and 5 siblings. My friends and family mean the world to me. I attended Cosmetology school and have my license. I am engaged and have 3 dogs. My favorite thing to do on my free time is go out on our boat.

I went to Crown Acura looking for my first new car purchase ever. Sophie did a great job putting me at ease and helping me select a great new car. I had an appointment to test drive an MDX on Monday 10/22. Sophie Morris stepped in and did an excellent job on selling me on the MDX. Knowledgable, Professional, Friendly Service. Dan Morris helped me in the process as well. I used to own a 1996 TL which I had for ten years. Brought it to your dealership for service. Great to see that John Shaw is still with you in the service Dept. Now I will be coming back with an MDX (hopefully not to often) after having a Toyota Avalon for the last 5-1/2 years. I love the way the MDX Drives. Just wish it had better gas mileage ratings. Maybe you will offer a Hybrid version in the future. I really wanted Michelin Tires though. So far I am very happy to be back with Acura. More

Sophie Morris sold us our new MDX. She was extremely knowledgeable and could answer every question we asked regarding all the features, etc. She knew the car inside and out. We bought a car from Sophie 4 years ago , and just recently went back and bought both a new and used car from her . She also patiently worked with us in our search for a used car for our daughter , and we found a perfect one for her first car . I'm on my third Acura and can't say enough great things about Sophie! She has handled my last two purchases, and she truly makes the car buying experience a pleasure. I have limited time to go through the test drive/buying process, but Sophie ensures everything is handled from start to finish with professionalism and a great smile. You really get the feeling she wants to ensure you are happy with the car and the deal. It doesn't stop there as she even offered to contact my insurer and faxed the information over to save me the hassle after I picked up the car. Since I'm getting new cars every three years, I know I will be right back with Sophie - she's that good! The dealership itself is wonderful as well - have all my services completed there and know that I am in good hands. Thank you Sophie - you're an asset to the car buying community! More
