The Highest Order of Car Sales and Service I have been a Crown Acura customer since 2006, and I just bought my second TSX there. My sales consultant for both purchases was SOPHIE MORRIS, my ser I have been a Crown Acura customer since 2006, and I just bought my second TSX there. My sales consultant for both purchases was SOPHIE MORRIS, my service consultant for eight years has been DAN VICTORY, and my finance consultant on the recent purchase was DANA LORE. SOPHIE MORRIS is simply one of the most amazing people I've ever met. She is attentive, responsive, kind, respectful, trustworthy, honest, and extremely hard-working and well-prepared. Sophie listens to her customers and goes way above and beyond to get you what you want very quickly and efficiently. Working with Sophie does not feel like working with a car salesperson at all; rather, it feels like your best friend is there for you and going out of her way to help. A great example is my recent TSX purchase. Earlier this year I made the mistake of going to another dealership and buying a Hyundai. My experience with the other dealership was seven months of nightmare including dishonesty, deceit, forged signatures, forgetfulness, poor service, etc. I came to Sophie to see if she could help me get out of the Hyundai and into a TSX. Sophie was sincerely outraged at my experience with the other dealership, and she instantly set to work to find me a TSX that I could afford. Within 48 hours Sophie had found me the perfect TSX--right down to my favorite color--and managed the perfect deal that was exactly what I could afford. DAN VICTORY has always been my service consultant, and he's a joy to work with. He's friendly and funny, and incredibly knowledgeable about cars, especially Acuras. Dan is always alert about my needs, and if I'm waiting during service he makes sure the mechanics get my car ready quickly. He's also not afraid to get under the hood himself. Several times he's been able to fix a problem, or offer an alternative suggestion, and save me a lot of time and money. Dan and the Crown Acura service department are in the highest order of vehicle maintenance and repair personnel. In eight years of servicing my TSX at Crown Acura, they have made exactly zero mistakes. They never mess up, they keep your car in perfect running order, and they are completely honest about what really needs to be taken care of and what can be put off. They are also very fast and courteous, and you never have to wait long. If more time-consuming maintenance is required, they quickly get you in a nice loaner with no hassle whatsoever. DANA LORE is hands down the most impressive car finance consultant I have ever dealt with. She is quick, knowledgeable, and at the same time very friendly and respectful, and a joy to chat with. By the time I walked into her office after agreeing to the sale, she had my new registration processed and printed, and my tag already transferred. She explains each form thoroughly yet efficiently, and as you go through the signatures you feel confident and comfortable about what you're signing. She is extremely well prepared, and she gets you through the deal very quickly and effortlessly. I was in and out of her office in less than thirty minutes. As for back-end products, Crown Acura will never slip them in without you knowing. Dana went through each one, described what they were, how much they cost, and how much my payment would increase if I financed them. If I said I didn't want an item, the discussion was over. Dana never pushed me on any back-end item, and completely respected my choices. If you're considering buying a car, Crown Acura is without a doubt the best. The sales and finance consultants are incredibly talented and hard-working, and the experience is effortless and enjoyable. You will feel like you are getting together with friends and family to work on a fun project. And the same goes for the service department. Even if you don't own an Acura, you cannot do better than Crown Acura for vehicle maintenance and repair. It is simply amazing how Crown Acura combines such a high level of productivity with such a high level of warmth, respect, and integrity. If you're going in to buy a car, ask for Sophie Morris and Dana Lore. If you're going in for service, ask for Dan Victory. You will never want to go anywhere else or work with anyone else again. More

Amazing Car Buying Experience I was a Ford person after having bought mine 13 years ago...that's where I started when I decided to buy a new vehicle. The dealership in St. Pete did everything to make me NOT buy another Ford. After 3 visits to the dealership I decided these people will never listen to what I want or what I can afford. I took a trip in a friend's Acura and was wowed! I came home & did some research- NEVER thought I could afford this car. Emailed the dealership & got an immediate response - made an appointment and a few days later I met Sophie in person. She actually offered to stay late on a holiday weekend to meet with me. She is so pleasant and REAL. Sophie knew the vehicle I was interested in and had it cooled & ready to drive - something the other dealership should figure out. Sophie absolutely KNOWS the product-during the test drive she spoke about the vehicle and all of it's safety features. When we returned to the showroom she worked with me to get my payment exactly where I wanted it under absolutely no pressure. We chatted about our families and it was so comfortable. Sophie is so friendly and professional, definitely not the stereotypical "car sales person" ! My experience with Evelyn was equally pleasant-not usually the case with the "finance person"! The entire transaction took a little over 3 hours - which included my other half driving home & back to get my trade. Sophie is one in a million. Great experience with new car purchase Sophie Morris was exceptional during the sales process. After choosing to test drive the 2014 MDX, she explained the basic functions and continued on with the many features as we drove. Her thoughtful approach was pleasant and detailed. Once back at her desk she asked if we wanted her to get a value on our trade-in, but made it clear that was all she would do and was not pressuring us at all. She quickly returned with bottles of water for my wife and I, and proceeded to value our trade. Sophie returned with our keys, and a basic sheet with an offer for the vehicle. Fast, friendly and NO pressure. It was great! We told her we would like to think about the offer, and thanked her for her time. She introduced us to Sue Ellen Rumple, and she was just as pleasant as Sophie. We left after saying I really wanted the new red color vehicle, and they agreed to try and locate one and let me know. Two days later, I received a call from Sophie saying they located one and could get it brought over. Well something happened and that vehicle was not available. Undaunted, Sue found one and Sophie let me know right away. Thanks to the pleasant, no pressure, knowledgeable sales process by Sophie, I now am the proud owner of that red 2014 MDX. On the day of delivery, Sophie introduced me to Evelyn in the finance department who was very thorough and pleasant as well. While Evelyn prepared all the paperwork that goes with trading a vehicle and buying a new one, Sophie took me out to the new MDX and showed me how to connect my cell phone with blue tooth (complete with importing contacts), how to manage the navigation system, how to set up radio stations and so much more. The entire experience could not have been much better, and then Sophie said, you will have to call and come back so I can explain more of the vehicle.
