It has been beyond frustrating that my car has had to be in and out of the shop for over 2 months, and it being at the hands of the service team. However, even with all the frustration, Klaben handled it ve in and out of the shop for over 2 months, and it being at the hands of the service team. However, even with all the frustration, Klaben handled it very well and made the hassle as easy as possible to deal with. It began with my check engine lite coming on. It needed a partial engine replacement. Three weeks my car was in the shop waiting for the parts and the rebuild. Which was no problem. Once I got my car back, I ended up stuck on the highway the next day smoke pouring out. I was met on the side of I-76 with a rental, and Klaben had my car towed back. They found a clamp from the radiator to the engine was not sealed and broke. So that clamp and tube had to be replaced. I got my car back. Two days later, the wrench icon came on, so I once again, called Klaben. They brought me a rental to my place of work, and took my car back to the shop. Another clamp from the tube connecting from the radiator to the engine failed, and no heat and no coolant. I have now had my car back a am driving it for the first day since all this, and nervous to say it's running good. Klaben has taken very good care of me. They are wonderful but maybe just a little more attention could be given. More

Had a major issue with my car and once again Aaron Heinlein and Shelby Wiley were beyond amazing. They always go above and beyond and no matter the issues I have had with my vehicle, they have truly Heinlein and Shelby Wiley were beyond amazing. I couldn’t believe that they came to my house and did my oil change and tire rotation. Dylan notified me when he was on his way. He was prompt, polite and efficient. I was able to get work done at the hou oil change and tire rotation. Dylan notified me when he was on his way. He was prompt, polite and efficient. I was able to get work done at the house without interruption. As a matter of fact, he was so quiet I would have forgot he was there if not for my dogs occasional barking. The work was completed in about 1 hrs time and I received a report on the trucks inspection. Loved the home service! More
