We are wanting to buy a 2 possible Grand Cherokee L 2023 and are willing to spend almost 200K.... But no one wants to sell us a car! In in last 2 weeks we have been there at least 3 times total waste of time.... they have no inventory and please never ask them for a test drive they will grill you on that....Very bad middle management, zero customer service. Their manager Karl is useless I have no idea how is running the show for the owners, Ishwar Ramlogan and Amandeep Dhillon incompetent and rude car sales people with again zero customer service skills. All I know is that the owner of the dealership just lost a customer for last 20 years and 200k in sales. Today experience 02nd Feb 2023 More

I recently purchased a new jeep from this dealership and it was by far the best experience I've had at a chrysler dealership, after purchasing from two other dealers in the past.
