Neither the dealership nor corporate can explain the following. #hyundai, #LithiaHyundai, #lithiahyundaireno, #hyundaikonaelectric, #HyundaiKona, #hyundaikonaev, Both the dealership and corporate s following. #hyundai, #LithiaHyundai, #lithiahyundaireno, #hyundaikonaelectric, #HyundaiKona, #hyundaikonaev, Both the dealership and corporate say that the following small scrap to my bumper caused the radar to fail. Can anyone explain to me how this is possible? I included pictures of the bumper, the scrap that they say damaged the radar, the inside of the bumper, and the radar that they say was broken (which has zero damage on it). 1/13/2022 - I originally gave info on how to see pictures - but it went against DealerRater community guidelines. So, in conclusion, is DealerRater any better then the dealerships? More

I feel frustrated, the car had a dent and in our contract said they would fix it. After a week my car was back with the dent, and I was asked for another 600 dollars to fix it. Only when I complain to the m said they would fix it. After a week my car was back with the dent, and I was asked for another 600 dollars to fix it. Only when I complain to the manager my dent was fixed. Very unprofessional and unethical. A week later I received a call to take my car to fix the dent (it was already fixed). I don’t recommend it and in the future my car will be from a different dealer. A ver stressful situation and a very bad customer service. More
