I told the sales rep I wouldn’t pay above MSRP for the car. After checking with his boss, Steve, he agreed. When the paperwork arrived, Steve had added a fake “Desert Protection Package” for $1000 (useles car. After checking with his boss, Steve, he agreed. When the paperwork arrived, Steve had added a fake “Desert Protection Package” for $1000 (useless to me as I don’t live in the desert). This is a classic car dealer move. I called and spoke to Steve directly, but he would not honor the deal. Hilariously, claimed his warranty was a dealer “fee.” He said, “we can talk all you want but I’m not doing the deal” we had reached. This is how they do business. More

They both took so much time with us, answering questions and giving us ample time to test drive the car, and process information about the car we were interested in purchasing. Steve was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional when we were discussing financing. Bryan was professional, efficient, and friendly while we were signing documents, and made that process a breeze. Everyone went above and beyond and we could not be happier with our service.
