Extreme high-pressure sales techniques in the sales department with the exception of Dan Dunham. In the service department some advisors recommend 8000 mile tire rotations for my Hyundai ionic five whi department with the exception of Dan Dunham. In the service department some advisors recommend 8000 mile tire rotations for my Hyundai ionic five while others agree with Manuel at 5000 miles. The dealers are okay, maintenance on the other hand…fire em all. I’ve been waiting on a tire because mine had a bubble since Saturday it’s now Thursday. And yes singular tire. For the most part the dealership was fine there were occasions though where they weren't much help when I was looking for answers they kept passing the buck or would respond after a call.
