Worst experience ever! Will never go back. Never got the opportunity to test drive my vehicle. I had issues afterwards never once did the manager attempt to contact me. The salesman Ryan did what he could opportunity to test drive my vehicle. I had issues afterwards never once did the manager attempt to contact me. The salesman Ryan did what he could but out of his hands. Will never go back. I had issues before with the service department but they corrected the problem right away. Their manager cared. The sales manager here does not. This is exactly the stereotype of the car dealership of everyone's nightmare. I purchased a 40k car too not pocket change. More

After going to 4 different GMC dealerships, Carl Black was the one that finally made me comfortable enough to buy my first brand new car. Traveled 40 miles to this dealership in search of the deal/offer I was the one that finally made me comfortable enough to buy my first brand new car. Traveled 40 miles to this dealership in search of the deal/offer I found online. Sales consultant Ryan Sibble-Brice had the car out and ready for me to test drive upon arrival. He was also very knowledgeable about my car of interest and told me about all the features. He was very helpful and patient with all the negotiating process. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I left the same day with my 2020 GMC Terrain. More
