The whole process was so easy! I filled out the online paperwork on the vehicle I wanted and then just had to pop in to sign my paperwork! I'm not impressed I can understand that taking off the rap on the truck but it took a week to get my truck at 10pm and I still haven't gotten the 2nd key and the truck doesn't have a jack .
